Mountain cycling expedition kicks off in Shimla
Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, June 13(ANI): A mountain cycling expedition, which is a part of Himachal Pradesh adventure fest, began from Shimla. On first day, 30 courageous participants took part in the expedition including 15 participants from the Indian Air force. The cycle expedition headed by the Indian Air force officer squadron leader Nisha Gowardhan will be conducted in two sections by culminating a distance of 78 kilometers. The expedition is a collective effort of the Indian Air Force and the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation to promote tourism in the state as well as to provide a platform for the tourists to participate in the event with the brave warriors of air force. This will help in motivating the youth to join air force and to serve the nation. The expedition has been organized with a view to inculcate a spirit of adventure and teamwork among the air warriors.
